Project and Risk Management

Irrespective of the size of a project Bell Formwork always apply the principles of good project management to ensure all our schemes are delivered to the highest possible standards.

We firmly believe that the earlier we can become involved in a project the greater the benefit to all parties. Our experienced senior management team are always on hand to offer advice and support at the early design/planning stages to ensure, for example, that buildability considerations are taken into account. This early involvement reduces time and cost escalation risks which can affect the successful outcome of a project.

In order to assist with project management we have invested in a modern IT system which includes a fast broadband connection, A1 plotter, A3 scanner/printer and a comprehensive suite of software including Autocad,  Microsoft Project etc. These facilities enable us to produce, send and receive documents/drawings/ programmes electronically and in a range of formats meaning we can seamlessly integrate with systems of our customers.

3D Modelling

Our latest innovation, to assist with project management, is the use of 3D models which not only assist in the planning stages of a project but are also a useful tool in the delivery of task statements to the workforce. Reducing risk

In order to minimise the risk of working at height we have invested in a number of bespoke lifting beams which allow reinforcement mats to be assembled safely on the ground and then lifted into position as a complete mat, this dramatically reduces the need for fixing time at height.
